Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 9 years building and running production Laravel/PHP systems for government, healthcare, logistics and SaaS. Most recently CTO at Vanex, leading the engineering team. Led the Ministry of Education HR platform serving 100,000+ employees, and built a health-insurance claims portal querying millions of rows, a real-time dispatch system handling about 5,000 deliveries a day, and a Laravel Reverb application with about 3,000 concurrent users. Open to remote roles on European, Middle East or US-overlapping hours.
I work best with teams who care about the last 10% — the loading state, the focus ring, the frame that drops. I write Arabic and English, review in both, and hand over documentation people actually read.
